Seen new emails in outlook when emails are filtered hello i have mail filtering my emails, is there a way to have a list of the unread emails and able to see in which folders they are located? Thanks: Microsoft Office: Moved.pst, old emails downloading My main computer needs to go in for repairs, so I am firing up my backup computer.

What you should do is to set from what time POP should be enabled on your email account.I'm showing the steps in Gmail below and they could be used for other types of emails such as Hotmail:1) Sign in your Gmail online2) Choose 'Setting' from the right corner3) Select the tab 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP'4) In the 'POP Download' section, choose the option 'Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on'.Doing this stops Outlook or any email clients from downloading old emails.
